Returns and Refunds

We aim for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused, undamaged blocks within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that customized orders or special designs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected, and the original payment method will be credited.

Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Can I Change My Order?

We all make mistakes. But some can be more expensive than others. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes to your order, such as block design, quantity, or shipping address, can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes may not be possible if production has already begun.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within the same 24-hour window to avoid processing or restocking fees.

We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure your project stays on track.

Warranty

Our vent blocks come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers structural integrity - provided the blocks are used in accordance with their intended purpose. It does not cover damage caused by improper handling, installation, or environmental factors.

If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve them.

Do We Have Sustainable Products?

Yes, our vent blocks are made with sustainability in mind. We use recycled materials, including aggregates sourced from discarded work sites.

Can I Order A Small Quantity To Test?

We offer samples exclusively to wholesale customers.

For homeowners and smaller-scale projects, we recommend visiting any selected hardware that stock our modern blocks, to get a feel for the durability and premium quality of Sovereign Vent Blocks.

How Long Before I Receive My Order?

It varies based on the quantity and type of blocks or pavers requested.

Standard orders under 80 blocks | 128 pavers have a lead time of 2 business days.

Large and out-of-stock orders have a lead time of 1-2 weeks. Custom orders may take longer.

We maintain open communication with our clients and will keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays with your orders.

Do You Offer Discounts For Buying In Bulk?

Pricing varies based on the design, size, and quantity ordered. We offer competitive pricing and discounts on all orders over 300 quantity.

It depends on the size of the area you’re covering and the size of the blocks you have chosen.

Can I Customise The Design & Colour Of My Block or Paver?

Yes, we offer clients the options to create a customised design to match their project’s specifications.

We currently offer blocks and pavers in the following colours: terra cotta, charcoal and white.

We've launched our exclusive Bush Green in Anti-Flood Pavers.

Please contact us with your design ideas and we’ll be happy to assist in making it come to reality.

I Ordered Out-Of-Stock Items, Do I Still Pay In Full?

If you've ordered items that are currently out of stock, we will notify you with an expected restock date.

Clients have the option to secure orders with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due once the items are back in stock and ready for delivery.

Alternatively, clients can choose to pay in full to guarantee priority once the items become available.

Should you decide to cancel your order before restocking, we will refund any payments made.

INSTALLATION QUESTIONS

Vent Blocks & Load-Bearing Walls

Vent blocks are generally not designed for load-bearing applications. They are primarily used for non-structural elements where ventilation, light passage, and aesthetic design are the main considerations.

Maintenance of Vent Blocks & Pavers

Our vent blocks and pavers require minimal maintenance. We recommend occasional cleaning to remove dust and debris.

If they are installed in high-exposure areas, a sealant may be applied to protect the surface.

How To Store Blocks & Pavers

We recommend storing the blocks on a flat, dry surface, away from direct exposure to moisture.

Cover them with a tarp if they’ll be stored for an extended period to prevent any damage. 

Installation Service & Advice

Yes, our team is available to provide technical support and advice on installation.

The great news is installation is straightforward and similar to other precast blocks.

We can guide you on the best practices for laying the blocks, curing times, and other construction tips.
